    the credit facility was drawn down to $2.4million at 30 June, check the cash flow statement

    so they are on the edge cash wise, I guess they are just hanging in to get the CN facility in place, though there is a condition precedent to the facility that allows the financier to withdraw from the deal if the share price is below 12c
