it could be likely IMO that the regional mills are full - every man and his dog is lining up to process their ore and RND/TBR are caught with their pants around their ankles doing the shuffle of shame . . . .
the intriging question is, why are they not cutting a deal with their new BFFs at EVN and processing at Mungari? The haulage costs would be tiny.
