Westpac Broking introduced a "BUY" on PAN yesterday. Out of 6 brokers 3 are a strong buy, 2 a moderate buy and 1 on hold. they don't get it right all the time but with a share price this low it does seem a strong buy, only wishes I could've topped up at 1.45. Still holding at 1.68 and the finish today was very strong pull back into 1.65.
