I spoke to one of CER's substantial holders today, undercover,as a potential investor in one of their funds. The thought of changing CNP to CER had crossed my mind before if their unit prices came close to parity again.

I quizzed them on their substantial holding in CER and recent media reports on Centro's demise etc. Their analyst was very matter of fact and well reasoned for their holding and a read of their home page will give you a sense of how they see the market at the moment(companies trading well below intrinsic value)

Anyway,I still feel slightly uncomfortable but I think I'll stick with CNP.
