Jeraboam, I do not believe Saville is in the position of calling receivers...he is not just a lender but also a 30% shareholder, which will make him caucious of going to extreme!
To my understanding if erg is appointing receivers, it business will be halted and all projects around the world will be screwed up... then ERG sink along with all stakeholders' value, and Mr saville's 30% share as well!
I believe many "potential" investors are watching, ERG has not been ignored!
people not buying yet either it is too risky right now ( asset negative ATM), or not sure what the "restructure" realy means.
For those who want to make quick money, ERG may not be a good one to follow...but the long term investor (or "long suffered ERG losers like myself), lets not to care too much for the SP, just wait for another few months.
