Old Bruce needs to get US lending cost reduced as a priority, assuming he needs increased lending in order to negotiate a better rate. WZR has exactly done that after two years going at it.

I think Bruce's focus at the moment is aggressively expanding into the US market as fast as possible. The cost cutting can come later when we have a big enough slice of the market.
