Everyone who votes Against the Lind motion, needs to consider this. Lind will lodge a claim for return of capital if the shares are not issued.
With no cash to settle the shares there will be no other option than for Lind to take the company assets. Aura will likely then be de-listed.
So I will thank all those shareholders ahead of time for making my shares worthless if the motion is not passed.
