The UN and Griffiths are about as effective as a sewing circle having a picnic on an oil field.
So he basically is admitting defeat that his agreement is gone, that others have "better" ideas and that he has never intended playing the strongman on the terrorist party to this war.

Why does all our(country member tax payers) tax paid funds go to supporting this ineffective organisation. Time to tear it down and replace it with a credible negotiator suited to these times.
