    This stock will have a run up soon.

    I saw the same thing happen with ALC. Manipulation by the big players untill it reaches a certain price, the a pop up.

    I would say the bottom is around 9 cents which it will most likely hit. Then a run back to mid teens.

    My advice would be to start averaging down now whilst you can and have some balls whilst the share is moving down.
