Cannot say for sure what the current NTA is until next half figures are produced but my guess is the current share price is close to what it will be. Dear oh dear the downgrades just keep coming - I know that the bushfires and floods are not the companies fault and some compassion should be felt for all those affected. However there is considerable discussion about this being the new norm. If that is factored into the share price I think we are looking at a long period or some big changes required to improve the metrics and shift the price back up. I sold more than half of my holding at 50c and wondered whether it was a good decision. Turns out it was.
