A steady ship

I had an insight recently when a looked at the shares on issue for Fiducian at 31.44 million and they have been around that number for many years. They never ask to raise capital, have rights issues, have SPP's or dilute with performance options. They didn't pay for broker coverage. Due to their superb management of capital they have bypassed the broker/capital raising gravy train. I feel honored to have over half a million shares in a company that only has 31.44M shares on issues with the confidence that I'm not going to be diluted. Indy really and truly looks after the shareholders because it's in his DNA.
