Merrill Lynch ( currently 13th ) , and JP Morgan ( 14th ) who were previously 9th & 10th with 26,742,479 and 23,056,592 appear to have only marginally reduced their overall collective holdings. to the present levels highlighted in your post.
However and more interesting Moverly who is also in the Top 20 over on HDY ( now PSL ) with 20,000,000 or 1.19 % has moved from 11th Spot previously with 17,844,187 to 15th spot with a NEAT 21,000,000 or .98% and just ahead of Brett Lynch.
Then there is Mr. Robert Veich + Mrs Elaine Veitch ( Veitch Super Fund A/C ) who were previously in 7th spot with 32,225,301 or 1.74% who whilst slipping to 10th have obviously accumulated an additional 1,900,000 shares with their current 34,125,301 and 1.59%. Bubevich Investments has remained on the same 15,500,000 or 19th spot with .72% ( previously 13th Spot with .84 % ). Interesting that both the Veich's and Bubevich ....apart from their names both ending in ' ICH ' .......
, can also be found on the Latin Resources Limited ( LRS ) register in 3rd and 7th Spots , holding 61,873,615 ( 1.84 % ) and 31,000,000 ( 0.92 % ) respectfully.
Interesting if you go right back to the holdings per the Annual Report in October 2017 you find that both Terryjoy Pty Ltd , and P Point Pty Ltd were on par with 80,755,813 or 10..07 % each .....with the Total Top 20 representing at that time 62.17%. Of course they are have recently undertaken a 1:1 rights issue as well.....
Then skipping a year and moving through the Annual Report released in October 2018 , P Point Pty Ltd was holding 95,598,950 or 5.57 %, with Terryjoy Pty Ltd holding 93,755,8135.47 %.
Of course we now have Terryjoy Pty Ltd and P Point Pty Ltd holding only a combined 10.37% with a massive gap between Terryjoy who now presently holds 124,569,768 ( 5.82 % ) , and P Point Pty Ltd on 97,343,137 ( 4.55%) , out of a Total Top 20 only representing 46.05% .....so plenty of room left for a additional Substantial Holder or TWO to come on board the current Register. per your Listing of 16th January 2020.......
Whilst it is always difficult to reconcile the particular holdings of Directors Super Funds , I had always had Buckler pinned as being represented by P Point Pty Ltd. However given his propensity to continuously support both AJM and SYA with large participation's - I now am inclined to ' Peg ' him as being behind Terryjoy Pty Ltd.
If that is true , then with his ' Personal ' holdings of an additional 60,465,116 or 2.82 % , he would now represent a total of 185,034,884 or 8.64% of the total shares on issues , and so would personally gain significantly if not the most from any AJM / SYA / NAL / Nemaska ?? tie-up ......
