Putting it simply, this deal is like a marriage .
Every one is nervous, we can,t foresee the future in its entirety, and we cant be sure the husband will be always supportive, industrious, and able to for fill his obligations. One thing is certain if we elect to stay single then we will not see a rise in the SP for a very long time. This way the expected offspring i.e increased SP value at least has a chance of coming into the world if the marriage goes ahead.

Looking around the 20 percent of the eligible congregation of minority shareholders we all need to take a deep breath and consider what we want out of our shareholdings, with a view to short, medium, or long term . Because who knows this whole deal may yet end up in divorce if the groom fails to perform due to lack of experience! IMO
