Buy back shares in the $11 dollar range when they have large capital expenditure pending?..?.. are you joking?
How about just keep investing and growing the business.
If there is a significant pullback ( 30%-40% range) and it becomes capitally advantageous then yes great. If not,it is wasting capital.
