"value investing" is what everyone is doing all the time - buying because they think it's great value relative to other investments based on the features they want ...
Huge difference between low PE/low growth and true value. S&P500 has much higher Cape and other PE ratio measures because mega tech makes up 30+% of the index now and it's very high growth... so yes the pe measures go up but that doesn't correlate with "value" at all. Only morons think pe is a measure of value imo. it's a measure of how bullish people are on future growth for that company.
PE zombies are terrible investors imo.
