On charting to establish a true bottom (been through all of this in my career)(expert at being a loser) it has to do a long time base building. Before it even begins that it has to fix its fundamentals up--it hasn;t done so yet.
In its heyday back in the 2000 period it was index weighted, it isn't anymore. Till it does the above sure like last time from the 1.6c area maybe a 35% gain can be made, best of luck with it.--RG
