What a difference a couple of hours can make!! Its gone from the 3C announcement footnote that Sargon made their Dec 2019 payment and a buyback programme to a situation which now questions how much of the sale proceeds will be retrievable and what preference or ranking the OVH security has for the debt. That security ranking and the Sargon NTA are now big questions as well as negotiation of the return of the Trustee business on extremely favorable terms so that it can be managed until a favorable sale price can be obtained. OVH must have known that things were going downhill before today but left any action until the deathknock - pretty much par for the course when these events happen.
