the buyer didn't get through with the updated price tag... but they did negotiated a higher price tag and we went through a time costing exercise to get the approval and all that for no good...
I don't know how good this Helium project is but there is definitely some demand for it and any company ready to put in some effort in this commodity gets immediate attention...
so if we can pull our act together and have a go at it with some earnest then there is some minuscule chance of seeing a higher sp.... in the right management this project could deliver nicely but not too sure if these guys have it in them - the tide has definitely turned against them and their capabilities...
well, we are at the basement in terms of pricing... the only way is up from here (cannot see them go for a consolidation for now ), so if they do some honest work out here and prove a helium resource, then a good 3x / 4x is possible in the near future...
IF they put in some honest effort and not just run a lifestyle company, that is...
