USP HNC will own 70% or so of AII ....... if HNC tries for a "friendly" 70% of CMR using AII as the vehicle, URANIUM wont be a prob cos it will only be seen as 70% of 70% = 50 % foreign .... thats what I have been emphasising all along. HNC looks like it is setting up as a major player in the Ozzie metals + u markets. What happened to the 50 - 100 mill lbs U-targets of the RJUF ??? HNC would be using the rigs only for base metals resource upgrades and not availbale for U-exploration ..... wondered why ???

Anyway Lehmans now filing for Chap 11 will BE THE FIRST MAJOR TEST of the derivatives concerns ....... cos FED is adamnat they wont bale it out like the others ..... and thats basically why I am at "only" 50% cash and not 100% .... where is cash "safe" these days? ANZ and NAB have huge overseas derivatives exposures which could blow them outa the water in an instant if we get a domino. U gotta be even more balanced and nimble now. Wouldnt be holding any financials tho ... and havent been since the birth of the GORM.

    Personal of course ...... IMBOOC
