I don't know what their intentions are, but an unsecured loan is still repayable so i think that Sinom will keep lending the small sums to keep the lights then at some point they will come calling for their money and given the state of things it will have to be via a significant equity placement as there's no cash. Basically a reverse takeover to take control of the Wowo Gap deposit to recoup their loan. Given nothing remotely significant has happened for the last 7 or 8 years with this company I can't see it playing out any other way.
