Agree with you that it would've been advisable for them to announce some details around these loans, particularly with the latter $5m appearing to have a potential impact to the number of shares on issue, albeit subject to shareholder approval (hmmm....). They've mentioned debt funding in the original ANMA acquisition announcement on 08/08/19, again in a specific announcement on the funding of operations on 21/11/19. They didn't announce the value, but they listed the amount of total funding required to achieve everything, given the discrepancy resulting from the rights offer and the 6c options ($4m not eventuating), then IMO it's not unreasonable this money had to come from somewhere. On one hand I think it's a positive they had a plan B, C, D etc in place...
