    Whilst I can see you all want to be generously encouraging.

    Making $82k gross revenue in a quarter for a company at $25m valuation is a highly risky position to be in.

    The multiple on the gross revenue is worryingly high.

    ECS is a food retailer and should be a sub $5m valuation.
