A different perspective for you. The non sales could in fact be good news in the long run.
A debt extension allows these properties to be retained for possible recovery in prices within 2 years. Meanwhile CNP continues to meet all normal loan repayments as and when they fall due and is cashflow positive - at an increasing rate.
