I would like to know who is selling into 9 cents? This share hasn't been at that level for a long long time, so there must be some serious games going on somewhere. Seems that some powerful folks don't want any dilution of the shares so they can get a bigger return from the heads once some deal is announced in the future to see the IO to a bigger player for $1 a ton etc...at least that's one theory...
