    that all sounds well and good,
    but he's flown up 10 steps of the ladder
    without properly navigating the second one!

    defered debt, clawback ratios etc, are all
    fine,

    but still NO signed, sealed and delivered projects??


    the market does not believe the story!,
    its as simple as that...
