M&G’s holding has been around that figure for a long time ? They haven’t altered their holding by 1% or more so I see no need for any filing ..... that is why I am confused.... oh and I have had two coffees now and that doesn’t appear to have helped ... lol
For example; This shows their last notice was in Oct 2019 and for a difference of less than 200,000 units there appears to be no necessity for any notices to be lodged, let alone in the USA ? Perhaps someone else can offer an explanation or point me in the direction of what I have missed in my reading of this notice in the USA ?
