Jerko is expressing great progress and confidence with his financing endeavours. Most appealingly - the phrasing "preferred funding solution" is frequently used throughout the announcement. Truth is - we all know the goals of the company will be ticked, but true greatness and creation of shareholder wealth is achieving this with minimal dilution / expense to the shareholder. All great directors such as Jerko know this.
If the "preferred funding solution" is in order then that expresses to me that minimal / no dilution may occur for this. As dilution is never preferred. Good job captain Jerko. Hope we stay on track for his objective of h1 2020 funding!
