just delusion mate. nothing wrong with your eyes.
imagine paying 520 million for a house that needs millions in renovations, no rent (and none expected for at least another 2 years) AND house prices are on the decline.
buyers have just not bothered to get to know other companies or believe the marketing or something. holders who didn't sell up at mid-$1's are spinning the crap.
