The money spent will show up as an inventory asset on the balance sheet in the financial statements that will come out in the next few weeks.
This cashflow statement alone is not reflective of the financial health of the business as a whole - you need to add in the many millions of $$$ of inventory they are manufacturing and about to ship off for $$$.
Q2/Q3 this year will be very, very strong for cash receipts.
