So whatever was brewing with respect to Nemaska must have been a bridge too far. I expect Altura will announce their REFI next week. The news that comes with that may also put Sayona in a TH. There is a lot yet to be untangled here, but my guess is that some of the Nemaska off take agreements needed a clearer path to re-sign contracts elsewhere. CATL and LG Chem were just named as battery suppliers for Tesla https://insideevs.com/news/395842/tesla-partners-lg-chem-catl-ev-batteries/ they will be inking some off-take agreements soon I would say.
