Yeah - unfortunately. Little guys like us never ever have vetoing power - we can vote but literally its just going through the motions but cannot influence outcome. Too much voting power favours the big guys since they hold huge amounts on a one to one basis.
Not happy if it comes to pass but then they don't give a toss.
