They're already in suspension. They can release the quarterly along with the refinance announcement if they want to.
It's most likely what they'll do, as the quarterly will no doubt contain information relating to the refinance. They go hand in hand.
Love how down rampers come in here with their doom and gloom. Thesi you're one of the worst for it. Focus on the absolute shambles that is GXY. There's plenty I could say about that company but I'm not a holder so I don't waste my time. Suggest you dot the same with AJM.
