Seeing ISX deliver a robust 4C must give great heart to holders.
Good numbers must make adverse ASX findings of only passing interest, since if ISX is profitable, expanding and accounting properly, future disclosure shouldn't be a problem.
ASX - maybe some criticism of adequacy of previous disclosures and accounting quibbles about milestones? Now, be good, carry on?
Wondering now if ISX went to Court just to ensure they could get this 4C out in front of ASX findings, because it helps with moving forward on a positive note.
If so, ISX drops the case, ASX slaps them on the wrist, maybe mucks up performance shares, and they get reinstated.
Holders here seem not too concerned about the performance shares, so, they could get some for something else, in future.
Have not been expecting a happy ending at all - curious how shorters are now feeling about it.
