No poster on HC has explained how PASS rock will be treated. Is it to be crushed and lime treated? This is the question you downrampers have dodged since PASS rock was mentioned.
What we do know is that it will be either lime treated or submerged.
Like you say Nanu -no one can tell us how the lime treatment of PASS rock will occur and how effective it will be. The public are now very aware of how important it is to treat/dispose of toxic soil properly and the last thing the Vic Govt need is to have a repeat of the WGT happening to either the MMRT or the NEL
