With regard to Laz and loan may I please correct your posts. My response can be confirmed by reading the WHA announcements.
Laz never received any free shares . He owes no loan to WHA.
Laz has a choice via an Emplo share scheme to buy shares at a strike price of 2.15. This EPS was available to a number of key staff. This isn’t a loan. For him to own the shares he must pay for them.
Any shares Laz owns were awarded as a conversion to equity
from fund imputed into the business pre listening.
