It irritates me no end that the Chairman had the audacity to threaten HotCopper users with legal action for ‘accusing the company of hiding frost and hail damage’ ‘by distributing fake news’ and not knowing whether these users were themselves trading shares and manipulating the share price.

I didn’t see any posts accusing the company of hiding frost or hail damage. Just links to actual weather reports and ‘real’ news about growers in the region scrambling to bring in their hemp before the sub freezing temperatures arrived. Apparently they were of Zero concern to the world renowned agronomy experts at Croplogic and resident Hemp expert marookaMick (who relentlessly argued with me that the JV were growing marijuana)

Particularly galling given the eventual outcome and that the Chairman didn’t have the decency to adequately warn his own shareholders of the risks of growing hemp for CBD In my opinion.

As for manipulating the share price for trading shares. The thought of owning a single share governed by this lot makes me feel ill.

If we can win the case, I mean no win no pay, 10,000 to 20,000 at least for me has no problem.
