Whatever happens whenever: NO MONEY is going to be awarded to Lynas directly, so any impact on LYC is derivative.
An award to Blue Line is the best outcome for Lynas/LYC given preexisting mutual offtake agreements. Wish we had more details as to scale, but just getting this started is momentous.
The major impact of US DOD award is the completion of ROW supply chain for magnet manufacture.

LYC is all about NdFeB-enabled electric traction motor demand to support NEVs. Anyone who says otherwise should have "sensible math" to back it up.
