The sausage being "burnt" is based on circumstantial evidence, i.e. NCM pulling out of the agreement with Exco.
It could be due to a number of reasons, i.e. drilling not deep enough, drilling was not in the right position, one party not fulfilling its obligations, etc. NCM has other major projects to consider and might not have placed the highest priority to the "sausage".
At the end of the day, it's the assay results that are concrete evidence. No one has seen those assay results.
AUSMEX could the take opportunity to open negotiation with Exco Resources to see if it is viable to replace NCM and find out more about the assay results done by NCM.
