I get your point but nothing is certain by selling and hopefully get to pick up at a lower price. Just say for instance a takeover bid is comfirmed, WEB goes instantly in a trading halt, confirms a $20 takeover bid and then when it comes back it gaps up to nearer this price and boom you've just lost out on opportunity trying to time the market. If you have the funds to spare then keeping your investment intact and buying at a lower level is the safest bet to play. It may provide you with less short term gains but you're never gonna get the bottom and this stock could gap up pretty quickly. Obviously just my opinion
