After years of Corruption being exposed , finally, the confirmation by the oil ministry that upon the completion of the new pipeline from 5 to block 4 S1 ( PSA) will be able to direct its oil production through an existing pipeline from S1 (PSA) to Block 5 and onwards.
Looks to me like were ready to go , We have never been this close to a start.. The new MD may have just pulled a rabbit out of hat .
Confirmation of the construction of new pipeline being completed now as advised in the quarterly and previous inspection by the Yemen government , found to be in good working order , It seems to me that all we are waiting for is the official order to start
