I'm also sticking with this one, i didn't think the report was all doom and gloom, if the ex-employees actions are serious enough to be taken to court then there is not a huge amount PGC can do about it apart from inform the market and take the appropriate legal action...
You would hope that the issue is now on the way to being resolved given it is advancing to legal action.
