Adding to that:

1. The Victorian Department of Earth Resources have been known to threaten listed companies with legal action and penalties if they have been deemed to fail to supply supporting evidence by a third party that the company has adequate funding for land rehabilitation.

2. The ASX have also been known to suspend trading of listed companies if they have been deemed to fail to supply supporting evidence by a third party that the company has adequate funds or can secure adequate funds for operational costs over the next 12 months.

As a shareholder AUL have not provided supporting evidence that would be sufficient to satisfy either of the requirements listed above.
