Comparing All Ords Index (XAO) and TLS.
Since TLS hit $4.00 and reported its full year result in early August 2019, TLS has underperformed the XAO.
XAO up 7.5% compared to TLS -2.5%.
This indicates that the market didn't like TLS full year profit. The past few weeks was a super chance for TLS to push through $4.00 while the XAO had strength, but it didnt.
That is because TLS is waiting. Waiting in hope that this half yearly on 13 February shows something better and more positive.
Given the underperformance since August, TLS has decided to do some catch up today.
Volume low today which is very good. And looking like a reversal day. But hasn't filled that $3.76 bridge yet.
The RSI on the hourly is just about there on the 27 line. Giving a good top up level at $3.78-$3.79.
Should do nicely if there is a rate cut tomorrow.
