Miles.The reason they are detend for so long is really very simple, I thought everyone knew it.
The legal beagles prolong the period by challenging the Government (at the Aussie taxpayer's expense of course) at every step of the way. It's an utter disgrace and an absolute waste of taxpayers' hard earned money!
The solution is very simple. If you come through the back door you get sent back immediately. You go through the proper process or you don't get in - period.
