So they are saying, essentially, that 0.68% of the Wuhan population are infected (75,815 people out of 11m) by 25 Jan 2020. In NZ 10-20 of our population gets infected each flu season.
Given a 10 days has passed, (out of a 2 week incubation period) it seems a bit odd that there only 11,177 confirmed case in the whole of Hubei Provence.
