How can we make an informed decision on Bushan if they are only going to tell us the drilling results at the AGM, perhaps seconds before we are expected to vote? Surely people using proxies require this information prior to the meeting to ensure that they can give appropriate instructions.
This is not appropriate nor does it comply with continuous disclosure rules. Drilling results for a junior are price sensitive and must be made public.
For such a major transaction we need sufficient time to understand exactly what we are essentially selling to Bushan. Bowen must have some indication already from the 5-6 drilling rigs that have been drilling for months.
