Can you, or anyone else for that matter, elaborate on the bauxite spin off in-specie distribution.
what exactly does that mean.
am i right in thinking that we sell the bauxite tenements(?) to xyz company for $abc and then UMC distribute that to the shareholders?
if so, what value on the bauxite as we don't yet have a resource there.
