Great to see you also research and nice post. Don't forget the TAX advantages for companies producing pharmaceuticals in Russia with Russian connections (Aka Sibex).
It is the foreign companies that will be paying the big $ to sell pharmaceuticals in Russia in the future under their reforms NOT us at SLA. The advice given at the shareholder meeting was a worse case scenario presented by Vagif that was mis understood.....
