The only reason management are seeking legal advise - is because whatever's in it means someone's being voted out IMO.
They wouldn't need to be disputing the s259D IF management had the confidence of SHs.
IF it's ASEAN who are behind the s249D - I imagine they have strong plan and management do not like they won't have been able to get the "credit"
Management, IMO, seem to have forgotten about everyone else at AEE and are just focusing on themselves.
I thought the 90 days of ECT is up this week? so we should hear something. OR... it will be delayed.
