I used costs of 150% of revenue as an example... I don't think it's reasonable to assume their costs will drop in the future. This isn't a SaaS model where the lifetime value of a customer is easily quantifiable. They don't pay a subscription fee.
Ultimately this boils down to you thinking they will break-even and in my opinion they won't. I look forward to each 4C as it comes out.
